What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through the business enquiry form on this website: your name, the name of your company (if you provide it), your email address, the type of enquiry and the content of your message.

We also record the date and time your enquiry was submitted, so that it can be handled in order.

Why we use it

Your information is used to read, assess and respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use it for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.

Our lawful basis for processing your information is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and assessing potential commercial relationships.

Base44 processes this information on our instructions as our technology provider. We do not sell your information. It is shared only with providers of that kind, or where we are required to disclose it by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are being handled and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we hold an accurate record of the contact. We review stored enquiries periodically and delete those that are no longer needed.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of your visit. The platform that serves this website may set cookies strictly necessary for security and for the site to function.

Beyond those cookies, the personal information we hold about you is what you submit through the enquiry form and any correspondence that follows from it.

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected, and in certain circumstances to ask for it to be deleted or for our processing of it to be restricted. You also have the right to object to our processing of your information.

To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@ashbournegroupholdings.co.uk or send an enquiry through the contact form on this website, stating that it concerns a data protection request.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
